Courses and Healing in Bournemouth 2007

Dear All,
I was contemplating recently that I rarely get
asked -
'how has your therapy and your practice
affected your life’. Probably because I’ m too
busy charging around! I glimpse a few pitying
looks from people out of the corner of my eye
(and possibly the odd thought that there must
be a personality defect there somewhere) but I
love what I do and do it wholeheartedly. You
see, it used to be very different for me, because
of all the energy I used to keep locked in fear
and anger and a low self-esteem. But the more I
worked on it, the more energy was set free, so I
don’t think about doing things any more – I just
do them! Saves so much time and effort!
Because now, my underlying motto is ‘ask a
busy person’, hehe…so, I thought I d let you
know my top 5 life-enhancing techniques here
(just be glad it’s not the top 100..).
1. I’ve used and taught EFT (Emotional
Freedom Technique) continuously over the past
7 years, and I know that it’s helped me and
thousands more get rid of self-sabotage in the
easiest possible way. It gives me the energy
and freedom to work the way I want to, without
standing in my own way. It didn’t just fall into
my lap, oh no, I had to work on myself, I often
cringed, sometimes cried, a few times felt like
giving up but always persisted. It’s made me
who I am today, and I can honestly say that I am
very happy – and grateful for coming across it.
2. Also, I love Aurora Healing & Readings to
relax, so that is what I try to pass on to others
as well.
3. Of course, you can’t beat Meditation for
peace of mind, it’s like drinking water.
4. And Reiki masters has now initiated me into
the realms of attuning people to the energy of
life.
5. Last but not least, I can’t emphasise enough
what it means to me to run a charity and work
for others. As some of you know, I’ve just come
back from India where I visited all our projects
and sponsored children and are building a
school in a remote part in the North. I can’t
begin to tell you how moving it is to be part of
it. I went with the thought of giving something
to them and came back humbled to say they
gave me more. We’re working on editing a
short film on my visit, I will let you know when
it’s ready to be screened. You are always

January, it's on every week on Thursdays at 7.15
pm at my address. Suggested donation£5,

Totally NEW NEWS
We have now opened a new Healing and
Meditation centre at Unit 12, Royal Arcade,
Boscombe, Bournemouth. The Centre is stage for
our new Borrowing Benefits Group which takes

Aurora Colour Tarot Reading Class
(about time, too!) By popular demand I’ ve finally
managed to put a Level 1 Aurora Reading class on
the map. The date for it is the weekend of the
17th and 18th February 2007, cost £65 (conc.
£50). You will learn how to choose and interpret
colours and colour Tarot cards, read the first part
of the Tarot Set and begin to read other’s Aura. It’
s great fun to work with, I m really looking
forward to this one, it’s been in the pipeline a
while - and I hope to see you there! Places are
limited to 12 people so please book early. Level 2
to follow in the summer.
